Throttle Life and Automotive Rhythms supporting Young Men Enlightening Younger Men’s Annual Turkey Drive

When it comes to this life we love, for us it’s bigger than just the bikes. Throttle Life had the honor and pleasure to partner with Young Men Enlightening Younger Men (YMEYM) for their annual Thanksgiving Drive. Our two entities connected through our mutual love of motorcycles, so it was a natural progression to take things further by engaging and supporting YMEYM’s charitable activities.

YMEYM is a non-profit organization dedicated to showing young men in our communities there is a bigger and brighter future ahead of them with unlimited possibilities. The community-conscience Wegmans supermarket supplied ample turkeys and care packages for more than 200 families in the community of Seat Pleasant MD. We were also able to help more than 50 families in N.E. Washington DC with the assistance of Silas Grant, ANC commissioner from D.C. Ward 5.

Calling on our business partners and family with Automotive Rhythms and Fit Fathers, we were provided a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado to distribute the goods to all at-need families.

“As blessed as we are, it is our duty to give back to those that are less fortunate than us” says Automotive Rhythms and Throttle Life Media and Marketing Manager, Adrian McQueen.

This is just another step in our continuation of featuring and supporting this community and life we live love and breathe.
